Purnea University (PU) has grown to be the primary University in Bihar to release 14 self-financing guides to create opportunities for the youths.
The publications in self-financing mode include- Master of Physical Education, M Sc in Food Science and Technology, M Sc in Molecular breeding, PG Diploma in Green House Technology, M Sc in Fisheries Science, M Sc in Bioinformatics, M Sc in GIS and Remote Sensing, M Sc in Horticulture and Landscape, PG Diploma in Astrology and Palmistry, Master of Arts in Gandhian Thought, Master in Library and Information Science, Master in Company Secretary, MBA (Marketing/ Banking and Finance/ HRM and LLM.
After completing the route, these students are positive to get jobs in multi-countrywide corporations and authorities sectors, except they can create jobs for others. The demand for self-financed guides has increased in the latest years, especially because specialization enables them to get jobs,” stated PU VC Prof Rajesh Singh.
“Our purpose is to make our college students stand on their feet. The extra you offer the better for the students in getting a task.” he brought and hoped that the publications will create an extensive possibility for college kids and could help them hone in their skill and the advent of self-financing courses may also help the region to grow that has remained in a backwater in view that independence.
Online admission forms and e-prospectus will be had from June 18th and could be concluded on June 30th.
More options might be to be had for college kids applying in the session 2019-20 for a master’s diploma in 3 colleges besides PG department of University.
“Students can do PG guides in 16 topics in arts except 5 in science, and college students pursuing commerce can also do PG in it,” said PU vice-chancellor Prof Rajesh Singh.
The centers for PG courses can be Purnea College Puenea, D S College Katihar, and Purnea Mahila College, besides the PG branch of the University. Almost all accredited North American universities and Continuing Education organizations offer a wide range of Nursing Continuing Education Courses as part of their Certificate, Diploma, and Degree [Associate to Doctorate level] Programs. These Continuing Education Courses are so designed that any nursing aspirant can join the course of his/her choice by following any one of the programs below.
Undergraduate Registered Nurse [RN] to Bachelor’s Degree [such as BSN]:
This program allows any registered nurse to work for and acquire a Bachelor’s Degree.
RN-BSN-MSN program: This is a bachelor’s degree completion program in which the aspirant can earn credits towards a Master’s Degree while completing upper-level BSN coursework.
RN-MSN Bridge Program: This program prepares RNs who already have a BA/BS degree in a non-nursing subject area to work for an MSN Degree course.
BSN, MSN, and Ph.D. Programs: These courses allow nurses to work for one particular degree program.
Program Nomenclature and subject combinations are determined by the Continuing Education Organization or the University that runs the program. Some offer courses such as Master of Hospital studies [MHS], EdD in Nursing [Doctor of Education in Nursing], etc. The program routes mentioned above are illustrative and not comprehensive.
